INITIAL ORDER: $50.00 will be the minimum on all orders. No minimum on custom orders, such as sign-in boards and photo albums.
FREIGHT: Shipments will be delivered via United ParcelService. All shipments are F.O.B. Naples, Florida .
DELIVERY: Items are usually shipped within 10 working days. Special orders are excluded. During peak holiday times, please contact usdirectly for delivery dates.
PRICES: All prices are NET and subject to change withoutnotice.
PAYMENT TERMS: All initial orders are C.O.D. or pre-paid. Open account customers are Net 30 after establishing credit. Any check whichmust be re-deposited is subject to a $ 3 0.00 service charge.
ORDERS: We reserve the right to reject the whole or any partof an order not acceptable to us. Open accounts can telephone in orders.
CLAIMS: We cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged intransit. Please notify us as soon as possible by inspecting all merchandise promptlyon receipt and we will file a claim with the carrier only if the original carton andpacking are intact.
RETURNING GOODS: If merchandise is defective or a shortageexists, notify us immediately and we will advise. Do not deduct the cost fromyour invoice . We will issue a credit or replace the item. No item may bereturned without approval.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: As with many delicate and syntheticmaterials, slight imperfections are possible. We are sorry if this occurs, butcannot be held responsible for material imperfections (i.e. hairline scratches) on sign-inboards, album covers and names.
